About Ashley

Ashley understands personally the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families. A Birmingham native, she attended public K-12 schools and pursued higher education. Ashley fought for her rights to learn and socialize in the least restrictive environments. She has held federal and state government agencies accountable to the laws protecting individuals with disabilities. Ashley advocates for dignity, equal opportunity and inclusion for every individual regardless of their abilities.

We believe that disability benefits provide essential support. We assist individuals with various disability claims including social security, short term disability, long term disability, and workers’ compensation.

Elder Law

Protect Dignity.

We believe quality of life still matters in your senior years. We counsel senior citizens on their end of life planning. We protect against nursing home abuse and lack of access to medical care.
